time being widely out of date

What problem did you encounter
When I initially started the device, the time and date were set to 24 May 2080
This meant that all web pages were marked as "insecure", since the ceriticates were widely out of date
What is the actual behaviour?
What is the expected behaviour?
When the Date and Time detects a large difference, there should be some notification. Setting the right year, means that automatic date and time was able to function correctly.
How to reproduce
- Receive new phone
Which version did you encounter the bug in?
Came with Evergreen phone (aside, there should be a simple way to determine the base version of the system).
