gnome-clocks alarms do not remember prior state

Issue:

Gnome alarms do not remember their prior name or repeat settings when selected for editing.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Open gnome-clocks and to to the alarms tab
2. Create a new alarm and give it a name, and set some days for it to repeat
3. Tap done
4. Tap on the alarm you just created to open the edit screen.
5. The name dialog box and repeat days will be reset to null/not set (respectively)

What should happen?

The alarms should remember their prior settings for the name and repeat in the edit screen.
