gnome-clocks alarms do not remember prior state
Issue:
Gnome alarms do not remember their prior name or repeat settings when selected for editing.

Steps to Reproduce:
- Open gnome-clocks and to to the alarms tab
- Create a new alarm and give it a name, and set some days for it to repeat
- Tap done
- Tap on the alarm you just created to open the edit screen.
- The name dialog box and repeat days will be reset to null/not set (respectively)
What should happen?
The alarms should remember their prior settings for the name and repeat in the edit screen.
