Investigate if Contacts will have CardDAV support

Communication with the upstream GNOME Contacts maintainer should determine if CardDAV support will be available in the GNOME Contacts that is packaged for the Librem 5.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
