"Auto answer the phone and ask for input:
* Press one (or enter pre-setup pin) to ring phone
* Press two to leave a message
* PIN Code to start phone alarm and or IM GPS (lost phones)
* Custom greeting (Custom menu options/audio)
Give known callers a PIN that lets them ring straight through to your phone. They can then input your number into their contacts as \[number\]\[pause pause pause\]\[PIN\] to make it seamless."
This is a full [IVR](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Interactive_voice_response) system, beyond the scope of just Calls really. Probably [Asterisk](https://www.asterisk.org) would be needed.https://source.puri.sm/Librem5/Apps_Issues/-/issues/68Port Déjà Dup to provide backup2018-11-13T21:25:51ZHeather EllsworthPort Déjà Dup to provide backup[Déjà Dup](https://wiki.gnome.org/Apps/DejaDup) is a backup tool that has been used in Ubuntu and would be a good backup utility to have in the Librem 5.[Déjà Dup](https://wiki.gnome.org/Apps/DejaDup) is a backup tool that has been used in Ubuntu and would be a good backup utility to have in the Librem 5.https://source.puri.sm/Librem5/Apps_Issues/-/issues/60Need to be able to configure notification sounds (incoming call, text message...2020-08-27T06:57:09ZBob HamNeed to be able to configure notification sounds (incoming call, text message, etc.)We need some way to configure which sounds are played for particular events. The [GNOME Settings application](https://wiki.gnome.org/Design/SystemSettings/Sound) currently has no facility for configuring event sounds beyond the "alert" event.
[Libcanberra](http://0pointer.de/lennart/projects/libcanberra/) and [GSound](https://wiki.gnome.org/Projects/GSound) are GNOME's APIs for playing sound event notifications. They make use of [XDG Sound Theme and Naming Specifications](https://freedesktop.org/wiki/Specifications/sound-theme-spec/). However, there seems to be no way to configure sounds for individual events beyond specifying a particular filename during play calls or modifying the sound theme. The XDG specs seem a bit static. It may be that another layer is needed on top of these APIs.https://source.puri.sm/Librem5/Apps_Issues/-/issues/59Sim toolkit support2019-03-25T19:50:40ZQwer tyuiSim toolkit support# What application do you wish to be present on the phone and what is its function?

Added, but just needs a basic ui
# Do you intend to work on porting or adding this app?
No
# If you have any insight into how difficult the work involved is, please specify.
Should be moderately hard, but its just making a dynamic ui.https://source.puri.sm/Librem5/Apps_Issues/-/issues/57Provide default CSS2018-08-30T08:41:53ZGuido GuntherProvide default CSSTo make chatty, calls, OSK, phosh consistent please provide a CSS file that sets default padding, fonts, button styles, etc. that can be added to the different projects otherwise this will be very inconsistent.

Libplanfahr (https://github.com/agx/libplanfahr) is GObject based and new providers could be integrated rather easily. I have a very very rough (and several years old) GTK+ prototype here:

which is mostly unused since I'm only using the command line atm. Other solution are certainly possible too.
