Set QT_QUICK_CONTROLS_MOBILE env variable for applications

When exporting QT_QUICK_CONTROLS_MOBILE=1 Qt apps know they are running on a phone and can adjust their UI accordingly. This is extensively used in KDE apps. This would improve the UX for KDE apps on phosh a lot.
