Support SIM PIN in GNOME Keyring
Some Librem 5 users use a SIM PIN to lock and protect their SIM. The user must enter their PIN and unlock the SIM at each boot to use phone features. This adds additional friction to the boot process.
If the SIM PIN were managed by the GNOME keyring, then unlocking that keyring would be sufficient to unlock the SIM and users could enable the security feature on their SIM card without losing convenience. We could then even consider adding a workflow to set a SIM PIN as an option at initial phone set-up.
