Initial gcr prompts not handled by phosh

phosh starts in gnome-session's DisplayServer phase while gcr is in the PreDisplayServer phase. This leads to unstyled gcr prompts. If those are dismisses phosh takes over the gcr prompter and correctly styled prompts show up later on (only affects byzantium).
