Byzantium: Welcome screen does not fit

Here is what the welcome screen looks on first startup like after flashing the most recent Byzantium image:

Look to the right, where the names of countries are supposed to be, those names are cut off a lot. It looks like the welcome screen has the wrong idea about the screen size.

The specific image flashed in this case was "'plain librem5r2 byzantium image' from Fri Apr 9 05:23:45 2021" but it has been like this for earlier Byzantium images also.

The next screen that comes up, "Typing", has the same problem.

After that comes the "Wi-Fi" screen, but that one is shown correctly.

This is on Librem 5 Birch in case that matters.
