Timeout when refreshing mobile network

When I select Gnome Settings > Mobile > Network, and disable Automatic, Choose Network gets a spinner behind it. After a a little while a message appearch: Timeout was reached, or: Error: scanning networks failed: GDBus.Error:org.freedesktop.libqmi.Error.Protocol.Internal: Couldn't scan networks: QMI protocol error (3): 'Internal'.

However, very seldomly, I do get a list of Networks.
