OS Update Process has no user interface to know the update is occurring
What problem did you encounter
OS Update shutdown is fine, but has no indication what to do after that.
What is the actual behaviour?
OS Update shuts-down the phone, then user is left to power-cycle until it comes up.
What is the expected behaviour?
OS Update happens without issue to normal boot process; or some indication is given on next step or installation process.
How to reproduce
- Use PureOS Store (Software), click 'Update' and select 'Update and Restart'
- Watch the device shutdown
- Unplug, Power on (15s)
- Plug in, backlight comes on... wait... backlight goes off
- Unplug, Power on (15s)
- Plug in, backlight comes on... normal boot occurs.
- Update shows to succeed.
