Integrate Contacts information in call display window

What problem did you encounter

Incoming call does not match/display name from Contacts depending on country code string (not sure if it's the same as #104)

What is the actual behaviour?

Call number is displayed

What is the expected behaviour?

Contacts Name is displayed

How to reproduce

1. Create a contact with a number example: +14155551212
2. Have that contact call you example: 4155551212
3. See the number not the contact name
