Need to be able to send predefind SMS/Messages on incoming calls

Sometimes one is not able to pick up a call. It would be great if we'd have some predefined buttons like "can not talk right now" that can be pressed (and then the call cancelled). This should be user configurable and maybe even allow for caller groups, etc.

Filing it here for the moment. This likely wants a completely fleshed out use case and involves several apps (contacts, chatty, calls) so feel free to reassign to Apps_Issues if you deem this a better fit.
