Based on whitelists or blacklists, filter incoming calls, making them silent/rejecting/sending to recorder. Lists should be editable from the contact list.
Example scenario: -reject calls not in "friend" or "family" lists on weekdays after 9 pm -only allow ringing from calls in "customer" or "coworker" lists on weekdays between 8am and 8pm
