Partial UI Overhaul

This:

• moves the history to its own widget (still doing nothing, though…)
• adds a dial pad overlay to the call display, triggered by its dial pad buthon and sending DTMF tones
• uses a new "new call" widget which handles just that and not the DTMF tones
• displays calls in a secondary window rather than in a the main window
• fix the window's title from Calls to Calls

This makes the UI way closer to the final design!

It's IMO ready to be merged. :) I'll let you judge.

There seems to be a problem with the message bar at the top of the main window:

The problem is just that the window is too large for the screen, we need a better way to handle/display errors. As it is a somewhat orthogonal propblem (that definitely needs to be tackled though) I still think this is ready.
