Support XEP-0313: Message Archive Management

This is related to #7 (closed) and #8 (closed): The XMPP server might support Message Archive Management, which allows to show older conversations, that are not yet on the current device. MAM works for both individual chat and MUC.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
