Chatty crashes if open before SIM activates

If you power on the devkit, immediately launch Chatty before the sim activates, it will crash shortly after the SIM activates.

Reproduction steps:

  1. power one devkit with SIM
  2. unlock
  3. launch chatty (before SIM activates)
  4. wait for SIM to activate
  5. witness crash
