Support XEP-0363: HTTP File Upload and viewing inline images

The Librem 5 will feature a camera, so people want to send their cat photos to their friends. HTTP File Upload combined with showing pictures inline, like e.g. in Conversations or Gajim, would be nice.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
