Add option to disable status messages

In a big group chat there will be a lot of people coming and going, so the status messages like "xxx left the room." or "yyy entered the room." are very annoying.

Please add an option to suppress these messages globally and/or per group chat.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
