Empty screens should diplay a "quick start" message

Empty screens should display a short message explaining how to get started with this particular screen.

• The empty conversation page would say : "Click the + button to start a conversation"
• The empty contacts page would say : "Click (show the add contact icon) to add a contact to chat with"

These are example messages, which will need to follow the GNOME's convention for first run messages.
