Hide conversation menu on an empty state

When the window is large enough, conversation menu is displayed even when there's no conversation.

Clicking "Chat Details" and "Delete Chat" crashes Chatty, while "Leave Chat" does nothing.

This whole menu should be either inactive or hidden when there's no active conversation.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
