incorrect shlib file breaks build

see https://arm01.puri.sm/job/Images/job/Image%20Build/ for the failed ci images

it should be libpurple0 instead of libpurple2 in e158c88817198a33a4c20215c2c9b2f0cb926488

flagging as critical since it totally broke the image build since chatty is not even installable anmymore. Patch forthcoming.
