Text SMS short codes and few digit phone numbers
Chat(ty) has a character/digit threshold of 6 digits before offering the 'Send to' option from start a chat.
There are shortcodes that are 3 digits long in some areas and 911 in the US supports texting in some areas.

- Enter 555555 to finally see 'Send to' option
An interesting thing to note is backspacing from 6 down to 5 and 4 'Send to' shows until you drop to 3 digits:
