Add support for matrix by default

(not seeing a ticket for this yet)

Librem One uses Matrix, to get matrix to work requires compiling purple-matrix. We should make this installed by default. Then we can iterate through making it more and more usable.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
