Please persist account informtion

It seems chatty doesn't currently persist account information which is the major blocker (besides having it in Debian ;) for using it on a daily basis for XMPP.

  • Add screen with list-view for multi-account management
  • Interface with accounts.xml to make account settings persistant
  • Add screen with list-view to choose an account from before adding a chat/buddy
  • Add screen with list-view to choose a protocol (XMPP, MATRIX, TELEGRAM) from before adding a new account
