Chatty sends an empty message if you press the return key twice.
What happens: if the message textbox is empty and you press the return key twice, or just hold the return key for long, chatty sends "empty" message. Or to be specific a message with one space.
expected behavior: if the textbox is empty you should not send "empty" messages (or in this case messages with one space) by pressing the return key twice.
This behavior happens with both xmpp and matrix on chatty. I have not yet tested with SMS but it is likely that the same happens.
Also tested this with the matrix client Fractal, to check if it might be a squeekboard issue, but I was not able to reproduce this with Fractal, so it is a Chatty issue.
Steps to reproduce: Open a matrix or xmpp chat with Chatty and just long press the return key.
This bug is annoying because if a user is not careful he can accidentally spam a chat room. Other chat applications do not allow this behavior
