Introduce new view with contacts list

Add screen with list-view that contains all available contacts. A click on a list-item starts a new conversation. If you have multiple phone numbers or accounts for a specific network, you get a popup asking which one you want to use to start this conversation

• Add the contacts from all connected chat-servers
• Add contacts (phone numbers) from the local address book database
• Add a search function
