Telegram: non empty password field obligation makes it annoying to set up account in chatty
At the moment when adding an account in chatty you cannot press the Add
button to compete the process with the password field empty.
But the account adding process for telegram does not require a password, but you receive a code in another client that you have to send as a message from chatty.
As a workaround you just add some chat in the password input field so you can press Add
And then you can go to the chat list, see the specific chat from where to send the code you received on another client:
Basically we have one account adding dialog that is the same for all protocols and that can cause, problems/annoyances when you have a protocol that has a setup different of:
- User ID
- Password
I am not saying this is urgent, it might even be a wontfix. In any case leaving it here for the workaround.
