Does not seem to recover from disabled modem

If chatty is started and the modem is disabled (mmcli -d -m <number>) and the modem is then enabled chatty does not enable SMS contacts. Restarting chatty with the modem enabled 'fixed' this (bug is likely in purple-mm-sms, please reassign appropriately)
