mm-account: SMS/MMS New conversations do not load contact details

If SMS/MMS creates a new conversation, the phone number is shown, even if the contact is present. A full restart of Chatty loads the contact name.

It is desirable for the contact name to be loaded right away.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
