settings: MMS settings design

MR !768 (merged) will add a settings menu for MMS. As such, I was told to open an issue for a design review.

Right now the code lives here: https://source.puri.sm/kop316/chatty/-/tree/wip/mms_settings

But it will be moved to the MR soon.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
