XMPP: Conversations disappear while offline

In 0.4.0 Chatty stopped hiding SMS messages while the modem is unavailable - which is nice, as this makes the past history still accessible. However, this is now inconsistent with XMPP conversations: going offline makes them disappear. The behaviour should be consistent across protocol, so I'd expect XMPP conversation history to be still available while offline.

This may also apply to other IM protocols, but I only tested XMPP.
