HTML links are not translated correctly

In chatty, the link:

https://www.instagram.com/hurtingsouls/reel/CXZlBCqsOVc/?utm_medium=copy_link

is sent to firefox as

https://www.instagram.com/hurtingsouls/reel/CXZlBCqsOVc/%3Futm_medium%3Dcopy_link

And the load never works. Though I consider it a feature that chatty breaks utm tracking features, other users might find this irritating.
