Sending attachements via MMS with/without text

When adding an attachment via the attachment button in a chat you are able to send the attachment without text. However if you add text then immediately remove the text you can no longer send the attachment by itself.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
