A 'File Upload' button has been added to XMPP conversations

Requires the libpurple plugin https://source.puri.sm/Librem5/purple-xmpp-http-upload

Make sure that your jabber server supports XEP-0363 'HTTP File Upload'
Some jabber servers may have a restricted upload capacity
