The initial idea was to have different suites on different branches so
changes to one suite don't affect other (exception being octarine as
it's not a full suite).

Hence hence the groovy script uses `byzantium` which should no longer
accept landing.

We might make things more generic for crimson (we already have most
of the params in the dists.yml anyway).
