now that we have moved the scripts out of a personal repo and renamed them we can move to master so maintenance gets easier and we have only a single package list to maintain (the one on the branch is already outdated)

for that to work we must ignore the dists setting in the package list and use amber-phone-staging by default or read tag meta data.
