Blessed builds

merge the blessed builds code back to master, this

  • makes it more obvious how blessed builds work
  • allows us to maintain a single package list

This is mostly @arno.bauernoppel work form https://source.puri.sm/arno.bauernoppel/deb-build-jobs plus some cleanup/fixes on top. Mrking as wip until more builds are tested, until then the blessed build server will fetch the jobs from

(which it already does since yesterday)
