Unable to remove SIM PIN Lock

What problem did you encounter

After enabling SIM PIN Lock, I am unable to remove the PIN on SIM card.

What is the actual behaviour?

Settings panel does not save SIM PIN lock enabled state. And also can't remove SIM PIN Lock once enabled.

What is the expected behaviour?

SIM PIN Lock state is saved somewhere.

Also being able to remove SIM PIN Lock.

How to reproduce

Go in settings->Mobile->SIM Lock

And enable Lock SIM with PIN then press Next.

Enter PIN to set SIM PIN Lock.

Reboot phone ( Just in case )

Once phone is booted and you unlocked the SIM at boot.

Go in Settings->Mobile->SIM Lock

1st issue see that SIM PIN lock looks disabled even if it's not.

Keep on going for more issue, click on enable SIM PIN Lock and press Next.

Enter current PIN to contiue and click on Set, then you will get another errors ( See screenshot )
