Lost BT after toggling kill switch

Not sure if this is a hardware or software problem.

I often lose BT after toggling the kill switch. It seems the phone doesn't detect the presence of the BT/Wifi module. Possible pattern:

  • Cold booting, then enabling BT/wifi ~always works
  • Disabling BT/wifi, then re-enabling after a shorter or longer period often doesn't work
  • Only remedy is turning off the phone when this happens
