It seems to happen only if you have a multi-day appointment which ends sometimes on Mondays.
I couldn't install `gnome-calendar_43.1-2_arm64.deb` from bookworm and I'm not sure if I getting my CalDAV calendar working with the flatpak of gnome-calendar.
