Editor refactor

The UI is mostly done, but not all functionality is there yet.

A couple of missing features:

• Delete Contact
• Move contact between address books (Out of scope)
• Unlink/link contacts
• Input purpose fixes https://source.puri.sm/Librem5/gnome-contacts/issues/27
• Clean up git log
