SIM Unlock should be automatically requested on startup and when turning on the cellular killswitch

One shouldn't have to go to the settings app to unlock their SIM card because it is not convenient. Instead, one should have a dialog popping up, requesting to unlock the SIM card every time the system encounters a locked SIM. This can be :

  • On boot time.
  • When the cellular killswitch is turned to on.
