half-button press when moving finger off the button while pressing

What problem did you encounter

Half button press

What is the current behaviour?

Pressed the back button from Privacy settings that resulting in a half-button pressed state.

What is the expected behaviour?

Button press and release

How to reproduce

Captured the state of half-press and subsequent press to release then tap event to have it proceed as expected.

Which version did you encounter the bug in?
