Evangelos Ribeiro Tzaras requested to merge evangelos.tzaras/gtk4:disable_build_tool_validate into pureos/byzantium

jenkins on the arm machine seems to have some trouble with a gtk-builder-tool validate $ui_file, so we're helping it along.

It doesn't fail on local builds and it does not seem like a critical test, so we will skip it.
