Document and release 1.6.2

Debian added a build dep on dh-sequence-gnome. While we don't have this in byzantium, I guess it should be fine to drop it because that addition has not closed any bugs on the BTS.

The alternative would've been also updating gnome-pkg-tools, but I doubt (without knowing exactly what this sequencer does) that this should be necessary.
