Backport new version mmsd-tng from debian unstable to pureOS

mmsd-tng stopped working with T-mobile. Which is also the backend for the Librem AweSIM service.

This version fixes it.

@evangelos.tzaras I know you are aware of this since you signed the new version in debian, but I needed a ticket to track this on our side.
