This merges salsa/wk2/experimental (instead of salsa/wk2/unstable) in pureos/sloppy and apply the same kinetic scrolling tweak on top.
This gives us access to WebKitGTK 2.26.0, which will in turn give us access to Web 3.34.0, giving us web process sandboxing and reducing the number of needed downstream patches.
