Warn about UART-only mode with the Gemalto PLS8 modem
The modem has two interfaces, USB and UART, and can be configured to use either or both. The phone will not expose the UART to the CPU, but the AT command set allows the modem to be switched into a UART-only mode. If this occurs, it will not be trivial to switch it back. The PCB should expose the UART via test pads, so it can be switched back into USB mode with appropriate equipment, but we should warn about taking care not to enable UART-only mode.
