libhandy api docs don't update

https://developer.puri.sm/projects/libhandy/unstable/ does not seem to update from libhandy's ci jobs. the ci step looks o.k.:

and i've verified that the used artifacts contain up to date docs. Filing here since i don't have access to developer.puri.sm itself.
