Found a bit of outdated documentation here:

This line specifically: ../wlroots/rootston/rootston -C ./rootston.ini -E _build/run - I don't see /wlroot/rootston or ./rootston.ini files

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
